If you receive an "Uh Oh"...

If you try to reset your password, and receive an error message that looks like the one below, that means there is no account associated with that email address. 

You will need to first create an account. 

What if my school uses Single Sign-On (SSO)?

If your school's login page looks like the image below - your school integrates with a single sign-on service.

This means, you do not need to create a PathwayU account manually but can log in with your existing school email and password.
