Need to update your email address? Follow the steps below to change your login email and make sure you continue receiving important updates and notifications

How to Change Your Email

1. Click your profile image in the upper right corner

2. Select “My Preferences” from the drop-down menu

3. In the left-hand menu, click “Account”

4. Under “Email ID and Password,” update your email address and (optionally) your password

5. Click Save to confirm your changes

📬 After saving, you'll receive a confirmation email at your new address. Be sure to click the verification link—once confirmed, all future notifications will be sent to your updated email.

Troubleshooting Tips

Didn’t receive the confirmation email?

• Check your spam or junk folder

• Double-check that your new email address was entered correctly

• Try resending the confirmation email from the My Preferences > Account section

• Still not seeing it? Click the question mark (?) icon in the top right corner of your platform to contact Support for help.

Lost access to your old email?
If you can’t log in to update your email because you no longer have access to the old one, click the question mark (?) icon on your platform to reach out to Support. They can help verify your identity and update your account details securely.
