Overview
If you're having trouble signing up or updating your account because your email, LinkedIn, or school login (SSO) is already in use, it usually means there's an existing account tied to that information. This article explains how to access the correct account or resolve issues like duplicate accounts or sign-in conflicts.

I’m Seeing a Conflict While Trying to Login or Update My Account
If you're trying to:
-
Update your email
-
Connect LinkedIn or your school SSO
-
Or you're seeing a message that this info is already linked to another account
…you may have more than one account in the system.
What to do:
-
Click the question mark (?) icon in the top-right corner
-
Submit a support request with:
-
Your full name
-
Any email addresses you’ve used
-
The email of the account you want to keep
-
What action you’re trying to take (e.g., connect LinkedIn, update email, etc.)
-
Our team will help merge your accounts or free up the login method so you can use it with the correct account.
In the meantime, you can continue using the account you're currently logged into.
