Learn how to reset your password whether you're currently logged into the platform or locked out of your account.

If You're Logged In and Want to Change Your Password

To update your password while logged in (e.g. for security reasons):

1. Click your profile image in the upper-right corner

2. Select My Preferences from the dropdown menu

3. Click Account from the left-hand menu

4. Enter your new password

5. Click Reset Password and be sure to save your changes

If You're Logged Out and Forgot Your Password

Follow these steps if you can’t access your account:

1. Click Sign In in the upper-right corner

2. Click Forgot Your Password?

3. Enter your email address and click Continue to request a password reset email

4. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the password reset email

• Note: For security reasons, the reset link is valid for 1 hour only.

5. Important: Right-click the reset link and choose Open Link In Incognito Window

• This helps avoid issues with cached passwords in your browser

6. Enter your new password, click Reset Password, and return to the login page to sign in with your email and new password
