# of Active Mentorship |
Filter by the total number of active long-term mentorships. |
# of Answers Posted |
Filter by the total number of answers posted by the user. |
# of Events Attended |
Filter by the total number of events the user registered for on the platform. |
# of Jobs Applied |
Filter by the total number of jobs the user has applied to using the link within the platform or or if they clicked an external application link. |
# of Jobs Posted |
Filter by the total number of jobs the user has posted on the platform. |
# of Joined Group |
Filter by the total number of groups the user is a member of. |
# of Joined Program |
Filter by the total number of programs the user is a member of. |
# of Meeting Accepted |
Filter by the total number of flash meetings (video, in-person, phone). The count includes the flash meetings the user-initiated as the meeting requestor or accepted as the recipient of a meeting request. |
# of Meeting Requested by User |
Filter by the total number of flash meetings (video, in-person, phone) requested by the user. |
# of Meeting Requested to User |
Filter by the total number of flash meetings (video, in-person, phone) the user received requests for. |
# of Mentorship Accepted |
Filter by the total number of long-term mentorships the user has accepted. |
# of Mentorship Requested |
Filter by the total number of long-term mentorships the user has requested. |
# of Message Received |
Filter by the total number of messages received by the user. |
# of Message Sent |
Filter by the total number of messages sent by the user. |
# of Question asked |
Filter by the total number of questions asked by the user in all discussion boards on the platform. |
About |
Filter to search within the text of a user's About Me section in their profile. |
Advisor Meeting Status |
Filter by the status of a user's Advisor Meeting request. |
AMA |
Filter to view whether the user has opted into the Ask Me Anything feature. Note: only relevant if you have this feature enabled. |
Approved? |
Filters by a user's approval status. True = access to the site. False = no access to the site. These users receive an unapproved message when trying to log on to the site. These users appear as part of your Insights data. |
Average Feedback Rating |
The average review of this user by other users on the platform. This feedback is given for long term mentorships or meetings that occurred with this user. |
Checked in to Event |
Filter by users who have checked into a specific event or events. |
Company |
Filter for all users who have a particular company name in their work history. |
Completed Matching Quiz |
Filter for all users who have checked in to a list of events. |
Completed Pathway |
Filter by users who have completed a specific pathway. You can use this filter to assign a pathway only to users who have completed a previous pathway. |
Completed Sign Up (Transit Users) |
Filter by the completed signup status of a user who has transitioned to a new user type. For example, a Student transitioning to an Alumni. |
Completed Sign Up? |
Filter by the sign-up stage the user is in on the journey to completing sign-up. (Stages are Completed, Not Completed, Started but Not Completed, Not Started, Has Ever Completed, and Light Signup Access Completed.) |
Created at |
Filter by the date a user was created. Note: If this user was imported, the import date will be the creation date. |
Education Record |
Search through a user's entire Education Record (School, Major, grad year, and degree type). |
Email Bounced Status |
Filter if an email bounced to this user. Examples of why emails may bounce include the recipient's address or email's domain name no longer exists or temporary issues like the recipient's mailbox is full. |
Email Verification Status |
Filter by users who have or have not verified their email. |
Expertise |
Filter to view the expertise a user-specified they have. This can also represent the industry the specified they are in. |
Graduation Year |
Filter by the graduation year(s) the user-specified on their education record. If the user has multiple graduation years, a match on any graduation year they specified will return a result with that user. |
Has Active Job |
Filter by users who have an active job they posted. |
Has Database Key |
Filter by all users who have a database key associated with their user record. |
Has Education Record |
Filter by users who have or have not added their education records. |
Has Ever Posted a Job |
Filter by users who have ever posted a job, even if that job posting is no longer active. |
Has Linked Profile |
Filter by users who have a linked Facebook or LinkedIn account. |
Has Not Uploaded File Type |
Filter by users who have or have not uploaded a file (like a resume) to their profile. |
Has SMS Phone Number |
Filter by users who have an SMS number saved in the system. |
Has Uploaded File Type |
Filter by the type of files users are uploading (resume, CV, reference letter, other). |
Have Profile Picture |
Filter to view if the user has a profile picture. |
Help Topic |
Filter users by the help topics they are offering to provide help with. |
Hired for active project? |
Active projects are projects with any of the following statuses: 'Not Started', 'In Progress', 'Pending Review', and 'Not Completed'. |
Import Batch |
Filter users by import batch name(s) for all imports that have occurred on the platform. The import batch name is the name of the CSV file uploaded and the date of import. |
In a long-term mentorship |
Filter by if a user is in, or not in, a Long-term mentorship. |
In Group |
Filter by users by a specific group or groups. |
In Program |
Filter by users by a specific program or programs. |
Industry Interests |
Filter by the user's stated industry interests. |
Is {Platform Name} Admin |
Filter by users who are platform admins. |
Is featured on home page |
Filter by users who are featured on the homepage. |
Is Imported? |
Filters by users who were imported versus users who joined without an imported record. |
Joined Community? |
Filter if the user has joined the platform. If the user has logged in at least once to the platform, they are considered Joined. (This includes users who have not have completed the signup process) |
Joined Date |
Filter by the date the user completed signup for the platform. |
Last Activity to User Account |
Filter by the date when the user's activity was last recorded. Activities that lead to this field being updated include when a message is sent or received, when a resource is viewed, when the user posts or applies for a job, when the user registers for an event, when the user posts or comments in the discussion board, and when the user joins a group. |
Last Login Date |
Filter by the date the user logged in most recently. |
Last Updated Date |
Filter by the date when the user's details were last updated. This will update when the user updated data in their profile/account. It will also update if an admin changed their data for them (e.g. via an import). |
Location |
Filter by a user's location, searching by the number of miles from a particular location. |
Location Preference |
Filter by the user's preferred location. |
Major(s) |
Filter by the major(s) the user-specified on their education record. If the user has multiple majors, a match on any major they specified will return a result with that user. |
Maximum Flash Mentorship |
Filter by the maximum number of flash mentorships a user has agreed to. |
Maximum Long Term Mentorship |
Filter by the maximum number of long-term mentorships a user has agreed to. |
Mentee, received message, no reply |
Filter by mentees who have received a message but haven't received a response. |
Mentor, received message, no reply |
Filter by mentors who have received a message but haven't received a response. |
Not Checked in to Event |
Filter by users who have not checked into a specific event or events. |
Not in Group |
Filter by users who are not in a specific group. |
Not in Program |
Filter by users who are not in a specific program. |
Not Registered for Event |
Filter by users who have not registered for a specific event or events. |
Open message thread - Flash mentorship |
Filter by the status of a user's Flash mentorship request. |
Open message thread - Send Message |
Filter by the status of a user's Send Message request. |
Opted in auto welome |
Filter if a user has opted into auto welcome. |
Opted into any kind of connection |
Filter by users who have opted into any type of connection including flash mentorship or long term mentorship. May include Advising meetings if that feature is enabled. |
Opted into flash mentorship |
Filter if a user has opted-in or out of a flash mentorship ever. |
Opted into long term mentorship |
Filter if a user has opted-in or out of a long term mentorship ever. |
Parental Approval Stage |
If a 3rd party approval is enabled for users under 18, filter by the user's 3rd party approval status. |
PathwayU Primary Psych Categories |
Filters by users' PathwayU primary psych categories. |
Program Registration |
Filter by the date the user completed all required program registration questions. |
Received advising request |
Filter by users who have received an advisor meeting request and the status of that request. |
Received any request or message |
Filter by users who have received any flash or long term mentorship message or meeting requests. |
Received Flash request |
Filter by users who have received a flash request and the status of that request. |
Received mentorship request |
Filter by users who have received any flash or long term mentorship meeting requests. |
Received message |
Filter by the status of any messages the user may have received. |
Registered for Event |
Filter by users who have registered for a specific event or events. |
Required custom field is filled |
Filter for all users who have not filled required custom fields. |
Resume uploaded |
Filter for all users who have uploaded their resume. |
Sent advising message request |
Filter by the status of any advising meetings the user may have requested. |
Sent any request or message |
Filter by the status of any flash or long term mentorship message or meeting requests the user may have requested. |
Sent flash request |
Filter by the status of any flash mentorship the user may have requested. |
Sent mentorship request |
Filter by the status of any flash or long term mentorship a user may have requested. |

Filter by the status of any messages the user has sent. |
Stage of Mentorship Funnel |
Filter by the status of a user's mentorship journey from requested to completed. |
User Tags |
Filter by users who have a specific user tag associated. For example, for users who were imported, an admin can add a user tag to the import batch to find those users by that tag. |
User Type |
Filter by the user types defined for this platform. |
VIP Status |
Filter by users who have been flagged as VIP by an admin. |
Visibility |
Filter by if the user's profile is visible or hidden. |
Was Ever Sent Email |
Filter by users who were ever sent an email on the platform. |
Was Not Sent Email |
Filter by users who were not sent a specific email or emails. |
Was Sent Email |
Filter by users who were sent a specific email or emails. |
Work History Record |
Filter by a user's work history. |

Recent Login Dates
- Use this report to send a bulk email to nudge people who have not signed in or taken action in a while.
Signup Filters
- Completed: The user has completed the last step of the signup flow and signed the Agreement.
- Not Completed: Any user who hasn't completed the last step of the signup flow, including those who started but haven't completed the flow and those who haven't yet started it.
- Started but not completed: The user has completed at least the first step, but not the last.
- Not Started: Users who have been imported but haven't started the first step of the signup flow.
- Has Ever Completed: Any user who has ever completed signup, including those who completed signup as a different user type but were transitioned and haven't completed signup as the new user type.
- Light Access Signup Completed: The user has completed the last step of the Light Access signup flow and signed the Agreement.
